How do I get started?
Click New Customer Sign Up to create your Gingr account and register your pet, then call us or email info@rooseveltpups.com.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8am–8pm, Saturday 8am–7pm and Sunday 9am–6pm. Our groomer is in Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–1pm.
What are the requirements for my dog to attend daycare?
Up-to-date Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies vaccines. Pups should be at least 6 months old. We prefer spayed or neutered dogs, though some unfixed dogs can join depending on temperament, and we can’t take dogs in heat.
Do you offer boarding, and how does it work?
Yes! Our boarding is designed to feel like a sleepover. Dogs play during the day and sleep together in an open space at night, with a team member here overnight. Bring enough food for their stay; we have beds, blankets and bowls, but you’re welcome to bring their own. More about boarding
Can I pick up my dog after closing?
Sorry, no. Once we close, the doors stay shut until morning (except for emergencies) so the boarding pups can sleep. Boarding drop-offs and pick-ups are up to one hour before closing.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes, we do! Pick-up and drop-off can be scheduled ahead of time. Just let us know what works best for you.
What should I bring for my dog?
For daycare, just bring your pup! If your dog needs to be fed during their stay, please bring their food. If they have any special needs or preferences, let us know and we're happy to accommodate.
Do you offer trial days or evaluations?
We do! Every new dog has a brief evaluation to make sure daycare is the perfect fit, and the trial is completely free. It keeps the environment safe, fun, and stress-free for everyone.
Do I need to book daycare services in advance?
No booking needed! Once your pup passes the initial trial, you're welcome to bring them in anytime during our store hours.
How much does grooming cost?
It depends on breed, size and coat. Baths start at $60 for small dogs, and full grooms at $100 for toy breeds under 12 lbs ($110 for maltipoos and medium poodle mixes). Nail trims, anal glands and sanitary trims are $25 each, and face trims are $35. Matted coats may need extra brushing (from $30). See all grooming prices
How long does grooming take?
About 2 hours on average: from 1 hour for a quick bath on a short coat, up to 3 hours for a bigger groom. We’ll call you when your pup is ready.
How do I book grooming services?
Book online at book.rooseveltpups.com (first-timers can upload their dog's vaccination records there), or call or email us. We recommend booking ahead since spots fill up quickly.
