The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to look after you and your pets, and we never sell it.

What you send through this website

When you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, your pet’s name, your email address and your message. The form is run by our web host, Netlify, which delivers it to us by email. We use it only to reply to you.

Customer accounts and booking

Sign-up, your account, bookings and vaccine records are handled in our customer portal, run by Gingr. When you use the customer portal, Gingr’s own privacy policy applies.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts and map are part of the site itself, so loading a page doesn’t send your visit to Google or anyone else. Like any website, our host keeps basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

Links to Instagram, Google Maps and Gingr take you to those services, and their privacy policies apply there.

Photos of pets

We share photos of pups with their parents’ OK. If you’d like a photo of your pet taken down, just tell us and we’ll remove it.
